Evac+Chair equipment leads the industry in ensuring safe and efficient stair evacuations, but this is only true if the equipment is regularly serviced and maintained in good working condition. The Evac+Chair Maintenance and Servicing Contract (First Chair) includes everything needed for maintenance for your chair, including any necessary engineer call-outs or genuine replacement parts.

What's Included?

• 1 x Servicing and maintenance package for one Evac+Chair evacuation chair

What Will the Contract Cover?

This contract includes all costs associated with the following:

• Genuine parts and labour (with no hidden costs)

• Visual inspection
• Any additional call-out

Do I Require a Maintenance Package?

As Evac+Chair products are certified as Class 1 Medical Devices, it is recommended they are regularly serviced to ensure safe operation during an emergency. This requirement is detailed within the PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations) Regulation in the UK.

Delivery Information

Our mission is to deliver evacuation chairs and safety equipment as quickly as possible in perfect condition.

Delivery is FREE for orders of £40 (ex VAT) and over. For all other orders, delivery is only £4.95 (ex VAT). We dispatch goods using DPD and UPS couriers, and by Royal Mail 1st Class Post (depending on size, value and delivery location).

Delivery Timescales

The delivery expectation for each of our products is specified on the product page of that particular item. Where a delivery expectation is not stated, we will dispatch the goods as quickly as possible, normally within 24 to 48 hours on working days, so that you receive your evacuation chair or safety equipment promptly.
