Delivery Information

Our mission is to deliver evacuation chairs and safety equipment as quickly as possible in perfect condition.

Delivery is FREE for orders of £40 (ex VAT) and over. For all other orders, delivery is only £4.95 (ex VAT). We dispatch goods using DPD and UPS couriers, and by Royal Mail 1st Class Post (depending on size, value and delivery location).

Delivery Timescales

The delivery expectation for each of our products is specified on the product page of that particular item. Where a delivery expectation is not stated, we will dispatch the goods as quickly as possible, normally within 24 to 48 hours on working days, so that you receive your evacuation chair or safety equipment promptly.
